This "budget" was never meant to be passed. The whole point if forcing this non-budget was so Rs could lie about it. That's why it was changed so drastically from "Obama's" real budget and why that particular amendment was tacked on. All part of the pretense of governing the pubs use.

But this stinks to high heaven. What it looks like is that the Dems don't have the balls to put their ideas and desires out there for all to see. What are they afraid of? I'd like to know how they want to pay for the operation of this country, I really don't think that's asking too much, is it?
