Obama Approval Up - Why?

I'd like to be able to swing it into some sort of repudiation of hyper-partisanship and political theater ....

Obama's job approval numbers have been ticking up - (even in Rassmussen he has a 1 point higher approval than disapproval)

My question is why do you think that is?

No real movement on healthcare, no decision announced on Afghanistan strategy ....

Is is completely pegged to the stock market?
