Obama appoints KKK Leader to his administration

A few points:

- According to your own article, Munoz is not joining the administration. She is already a member of the administration, and she is moving to a different job within the administration.

- Again from your cited article, the WSJ described her as "a high-profile and well-respected advocate for the Hispanic community". Your characterization of her as a Mexican Klansman might suggest racism, but not on her part.

- Again from your cited article, the National Council of La Raza is a US organization (headquartered in Washington DC), not a Mexican one.

La Raza means "The Race."

That is the literal translation. It's meaning is "the people", to mean the Hispanic people.

Just like the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. They are an advocacy group for a minority.

Munoz is the former VP of a racial supremest group. La Raza is the Mexican version of the KKK. Openly advocating racism and racial supremacy is anathema to a civil society.

Shame on Obama, shame on you.

Perhaps you should provide evidence The National Council of La Raza is a supremacy group and that Muñoz is a supremacist.

Perhaps you should ask a billy goat to form a marching band.

What has Obama done to make you think he is against appointing people from hate groups?

Then they get their panties in a bunch because the DNC takes advantage of a slip up by Romney... I love it.

Just goes to show... THEY can say anything they want, quote the craziest shit on the net and they nod their heads, drool and masturbate over it like it was the holy gospel. But let a progressive show something from Huffpo or mediamatters... and they play the "consider the source" game.

here you go..get your panties out..

I just think it's hilarious that a right winger would talk about appointing people from hate groups. Unless they are boasting.

This thread hasn't been booted to the Romper Room yet?

The Race is an organization that has advocated giving the Southwest US back to Mexico. Just because they are in the US does not mean they are a US organization.

What does him being black have to do with the fact that he is a hateful man supported by alot of hateful people, such as yourself?

Are you suggesting that only blacks can hate others? You are seriously one of the biggest racists around.

Evidence?

“La Raza is a powerful civil rights group that supports the rights of Latinos, documented or undocumented, in the United States. They are sometimes radical. However, their goal is for Latinos to win influence by votes rather than guns. They believe the idea of “La Reconquista” and “Aztlán” is highly outdated.”

National Council of La Raza does not support La Reconquista - Phoenix Civil Rights | Examiner.com

National Council of La Raza | Reconquista and Segregation

Another misconception about NCLR is the allegation that we support a “Reconquista,” or the right of Mexico to reclaim land in the southwestern United States. NCLR has not made and does not make any such claim; indeed, such a claim is so far outside of the mainstream of the Latino community that we find it incredible that our critics raise it as an issue. NCLR has never supported and does not endorse the notion of a “Reconquista” or “Aztlán.” Similarly, NCLR’s critics falsely claim that the statement “Por La Raza todo, Fuera de La Raza nada,” [“For the community everything, outside the community nothing”] is NCLR’s motto. NCLR unequivocally rejects this statement, which is not and has never been the motto of any Latino organization.
