The question was a permanent feature on the census through many years until Obama recognized it did not serve his purposes which was to flood the nation with illegal democrat voters so he removed it and this quisling judge has formalized that move.

There is no way it can be seen as "cheating" and denying rightful funding and representation unless you believe
it's proper and lawful to allow illegal immigrants access to our nation, voting and funding mechanisms, which you obviously do. So kindly drop dead. It's you who represent the cheaters.

That's not true. It was removed after the 1950 census, not asked at all in the 1960 census, added back to a long form census in 1970 that was distributed to little more than 10% of the population, and the long form was eliminated in 2010.

The Census is under the purview of the Deprtment of Commerce and the executive branch. They can ask whatever they want in the census.
