Right calling an issue a tar baby is racist. Obviously you don't know what an actual "tar baby" is.

This is just an poor attempt to deflect from Obama making a gender-biased reamrk.

I'm familiar with the both meanings of the term, having heard Uncle Remus tales as a kid, and having watched the famous SNL "Word Association" bit with Richard Pryor and Chevy Chase as a young adult.
