Obama and slavery , re Virginia

"The nations first black president". Why is it necessary to keep repeating that same old line? Obama is the first black idiot president is closer to the truth.

Obama: Omission of slaves' history 'unacceptable' - Yahoo! News

He has no business involving himself in State Governors Business. Who exactly does he think he is? King?

Are you talking about Obama, or Lincoln?:lol:

Lincoln responded to a Direct attack on Federal Forces and a Rebellion amongst the States, all areas CLEARLY covered by the Constitution. I will remind you dumb ass, Lincoln took NO action at all against the States leaving the Union even as they seized Federal property, he did not call for the militia or call for an increase in the Standing Army. He only acted AFTER Fort Sumnter was fired on and Federal Prisoners seized. A direct attack on the United States.

You may want someone to repay you for the failure to teach you US History and what is and is not in the Constitution.

Every American has a right to express an opinion

Did you miss that part of the Constitution or did you skip right to the Second Amendment?

NO, the President has no right what so ever to interfere in State business, except in very specific conditions, none of which were met. You may want to read the Constitution.

He's not allowed to have an opinion?

Free speech - not on RGS's watch.

He is NOT allowed to INTERFERE in State Business, EVER except under VERY specific conditions. Failure to cow tow to the local NAACP is NOT one of those conditions.
He's not, idiot boy. He's commenting.

Look you leftoid RETARDS, his making a comment is not allowed. He did more then JUST make a comment. He is trying to use his position as President to cast aspersions on a Governor of a State. Which is NOT allowed.

Isn't it great that Obama has all this time on his hands in order to regale us with all his august opinions on the oh-so-important issues of the day.

REALLY? Based on your link, someone in the press corp asked him a question and he gave his opinion on the subject. Does the POTUS not have freedom of speech, or is it merely because he is black?

Bullshit. He's allowed to comment on anything he pleases. What he's not allowed to do is write state law...and he didn't.

Please show me the legal precedent or where in the Consitution it says that the POTUS cannot criticize a Governor? He simply made a comment and is not forcing McDonnell or any other Virginia official to do anything. From what I gather, Obama was asked about it in an interview and gave his opinion. Is Obama not allowed to have/give his opinions?
