Hardly a surprise to anyone who has lived under Obama's race-baiting, his backing for Black Nationalist hate groups from the New Black Panthers to Black Lives Matter, and his weaponization of the Justice Department to harass and target police. More subtly, it's been the lurking demon behind most of his speeches on race when in office. Even his infamous Wright speech.

But the interesting aspect is the timing.

Obama was moderate-baiting in that speech. And he demonstrated that he didn't believe a thing he said. But the manuscript is also a reminder that he never believed it.
