In what partisan universe do you live in where acknowledging that one's favored position gives one advantages that others don't have is a bad thing?

Where did he say it was bad? What I took from this is the typical elite position that it is necessary for the common people, but we are special. Like Barbara Walters not knowing she gets special treatment or a reserved seat on Amtrack when she can show up at the last minute, receive a police escort through security, and get on a standing room only car and have no trouble finding a seat. Obama has never had to deal with post 9/11 security, and never will. Neither has any other politician that thinks it is necessary, including John Boehner, even though he has pledged to fly commercial during his term as speaker. Does anyone actually believe that he will have to show up two hours early, or go through a line, take off his shoes, and get groped?

The partisans are not the ones pointing out that people get exempted from security, it is those who are exempted who think everyone else has to do it to be safe.

First, the TSA is not a foreign country.
Second, I am one of the ones speaking up and saying the TSA is power mad and needs to be abolished. Where do you get off challenging me to speak up?

The answer is simple.

1. Get rid of the TSA, and put the Secret Service in charge of airport security
2. Have a single entry point to all airports and require that every person who enters pass through an X ray at that point
3. Man said entrance with trained Secret Service agents who would question every person who wishes to enter said airport. They are highly trained in detecting lies. Damn near 100% effective. yes that would require hiring and training more agents, but they would provide much better security than the TSA ever could.
