Obama administration diverts $500M to IRS to implement healthcare reform law

The Obama administration is quietly diverting roughly $500 million to the IRS to help implement the president’s healthcare law.
The money is only part of the IRS’s total implementation spending, and it is being provided outside the normal appropriations process. The tax agency is responsible for several key provisions of the new law, including the unpopular individual mandate.

Thought this was in before the SCOTUS to determine if the entire thing was constitutional?!!!

And I thought Congress paid the bills.

One more Congressional Constitutional charges hijacked by the Obama Administration on its road to total suppression of the Constitution, the other branches of government, and all that stuff.

Obama bets that he is not getting impeached on account of the measures Democrats take when someone else disciplines their wrongful behaviors.

Just another thing to add to the list of Obama's complete and utter disregard for our Constitution.

I dont know whats worse...his disregard or the people for allowing it to continue.

The people of this country are too stupid to know any better I guess.

Indeed... "When congress won't act I will"

Isn't the Supreme Court hearing something to do with the Obama administration's abysmal doings right now? Every day I tell myself, if we hold our noses to November, we could get a break from the departures of the Obama Administration's demolition of the Constitution, word by word and letter by letter, law by law, 5-ream whitepaper obfuscatory law by 5-ream paper.

I want people to have equal opportunities to work and earn their way, too, but I'm not caring for them to remove what little I have through high taxes. When you hit 65, and you have to divide by the next 20 or 30 years you have left, your big chunk of retirement savings may only give you a couple of thousand dollars a year. But between local taxes, state taxes, and federal taxes, they take more than that away from you in direct taxes, plus if you earn any money whatever, no matter how little it is, they dock you from your paid-for Social Security, while giving themselves tax-free retirement.

It's wealth redistribution on steroids right now, and our former insurance company went apeshit over raising our deductible so many thousand dollars per year we have health insurance in name only.

Obama and people like him think they know what’s good for everyone and they'll be the ones to force it down our throats. The Constitution and individual liberty are impediments for them.

Just Imagine that...

Calling the IRS for a Doctors appointment.

Change we truly can believe in.

We need tax reform and simplification not thousands more IRS agents (Obama storm troopers)

This was clearly a big mistake of his and I think it ties to his fear of losing that control. He's an organizer who might have shaken the organization that is the American people with his arrogance and I wonder if the closet Republicans will rise up. There's more than enough time to stir this pot of narcissistic arrogance.

He's now his own worst enemy and the people are seeming to be watching far more closely. The news here in Canada is showing President Obama and his disdain for the process seems to be clear from what I'm watching.

Yep..... and this can be used against him if the Republicans play it smart Obama will lose easily, but if they get sidetracked with all these straw man deflections the democrats and Obama throw out there they will lose I don't think it'll happen. If the Supreme Court strikes down Obamacare that'll help a lot in my view

It's coming down to this... if you support the kenyan and his radical, socialist, nazi style take over of politics and disregard for the constitution, then you are, quite simply put... anti American slime just like barry hussein obama soetoro.

obama is insane. There is no way around it any more. Those who support him do so blindly, out of some kind of need to believe. But obama, without a doubt, has gone round the bend and fallen off the cliff.

Yes republicans do think Obama should be impeached for doing his job, that is how partisan and stupid they've become

Yes supporting Obama who supports polices that save the economy money, save lives, increases living standards, and helps people is totally anti-american and insane

Thats the issue, he is not doing his job. He is trying to do the job of the Judicial and Legislative branches in addition to his own...and failing miserably at it.

he is "back dooring" laws that were struck down by Congress (I.e - Dream Act, Kyoto Treaty), Gave himself the power to bypass the 4th Amendment, enlarged the "shadow government" Bush had implemented, changed the law now allowing our own military to turn guns on American citizens...and made the Patriot Act permanent. On top of that he is a bigot.

We need to get back to the fundamentals of our Constitution and follow what our founders had envisioned...self governance. Too bad the majority of people are too stupid to be able to govern themselves.
