The administration goes the cheapskate (i.e. lower federal spending), business-friendly route and the right attacks from the left.

Can't make this up indeed!

Of course you are completely wrong.

Wrong about what?

Those businesses should be fined and their employees should have access to federal subsidies in exchanges. Yet they won't, which is good for the federal balance sheet and the employers. Not so much for the little guy.

I only hope the right and left alike put pressure on the administration from the left to change this.
