Impechable offense

IMPEACHMENT seems to be more a poltitical decision than a legal one.

All it requires is support for impeachment by enough REPS and it can be done if they don't like the way the POTUS puts the cap back on the toothpaste.

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
