While I do not think law enforcement has just cause to beat people just sitting out in the open, I still however do not understand why these "Occupy" crowd assume just sitting around and looking unkempt make a good rhetoric.

Enforcing the Law is a bluff. A police officer tells people to move or to stand back or not to enter an area but what do you do when they refuse? Walk away? You can't put a Christmas tree up on public property but you can piss on the lawn, ruin local businesses and defy the law if you are a left wing mob.

and as human shields, endangering them physically and emotionally.
And to know, the President endorses all the radical behaviour by the OWS people.
To know this President owns this radical display of disgusting unhealthy, unclean and lawlessness. He planted the seeds with his exceptional and continual diatribes about anti business and pitting Americans against Americans--this administration endorsed the distraction.
Where are the political leaders and sane Americans to condemn these protestors, to take lawful action against the rapes, thefts, damage to property and callous disregard for the safety of children.
