The tool, BTW, that the democrats used to prevent Bush from putting minorities on the bench. When did Harry Reid ever use the so-called "nuclear option" on Supreme Court nominees or legislation?

The FACT remains that when Reid headed up the party in the Majority they changed the rules to accomplish what they wanted done.
