Adding a number is too general- what I know is facts- I also was trained in Failure Analysis- in order to determine why something failed requires ALL the facts be considered- the most glaring fact is History- the US gov't has been lying since its inception- hard to leave that out of any analysis- throw in one or two *independent studies* and the chart goes off the scale by orders of magnitude-
