The supreme court has lost all credibility. It was not meant to be stacked with judges that thought like one party or the other, it was meant for justices that would determine the constitutional merits of a case based on the constitution regardless of their own personal agenda.

The one saving grace.....The Senate will not confirm any nominee they see as not a defender of the US Constitution nor will they allow Obama to pack the court with a left wing Jurist.
