Norway bomb suspect bought 6 tons of fertilizer - Yahoo! News
"Oddny Estenstad, a spokeswoman for agricultural material supplier Felleskjopet, confirmed Saturday that the suspect in custody purchased six tons of fertilizer 10 weeks ago. Artificial fertilizer is highly explosive and can be used in homemade bombs."
If one were to make a purchase even close to that amount in the US federal agencies would have red flagged that in a second. You would think in a country that has had terrorism plots foiled in the past that purchasing that amount of artificial fertilizer would have drawn the slightest attention of authorities.

"Norway has a large population of hunters.[3] Semi-automatic and bolt action rifles, as well as shotguns, make up the better part of the guns in civilian homes.
There is a total ban on automatic weapons for civilians, unless they fall into the collector category. Modification of semi-automatic guns into fully automatic without the consent of the police is a felony crime.
Handguns have some caliber restrictions. A Smith & Wesson 500, for example, is illegal due to its high power, but other, less powerful, guns are legal as they are used in sports shooting."
"The 32-year-old man suspected in bomb and shooting attacks that killed at least 91 people"
Reports are that this man shot and killed 91 people, but that number is continuing to increase as more bodies are found. Media outlets several times have speculated that this man did not act alone, just like in the Oklahoma City bombing, but nothing has been confirmed.0
I was surprised no one on this board had posted a thread about this yet. I'm not disputing any of the facts, but I strongly believe there is much more to this story.
