They seem to be getting better at it in small increments, at least this one actually made it to orbit, although the way it sounds its going to be coming back to earth sooner or later.

Now we get to see if the Norks consider this a success (no one dies at their space program) or not (heads, pikes, walls).

Some information gets into NK, the issue is the cultural aspect of Asian, and in particular Korean culture. It is a culture that appreciates order and authority, as well as seniority. The one issue I always thought Kim Jong Un would have is his age, and he seems to have taken care of that through a combo of propaganda connecting him to his father and grandfather, and ruthless elimination of people in his way.

A lot of the people in NK won't believe the truth even if it is presented to them, the Kim's control of the country is that pervasive.

I know some business owners who employee lots of workers in the US. I know if the fucking loon were ever to become President those business would close the next day.
