Won't cost the state, will have to pay out of state tuition. My question, since our federal govt will not deal with the immigration issue and is hell bent on opening the borders, at what point in our future do we see a complete cultural flop?

The sheep are not ready to be labeled racists. BUT an uprising DID occur this summer. Something scared the crap out of the Congress on that fast track amnesty bill they wanted to pass and the President was ready to sign.
