Non receipt of dividend - Karachi
This is very common problem faced by shareholders and worried how to get their dividend at earliest.

When a share holders does not received dividend than he force to approach REGISTRAR of the concern company. But SECP or KSE not make a law to fine REGISTRAR or COURIER COMPANY when share holders does not received dividend and Registrar is claiming that dividend did not return back un deliver, which mean to whom DIVIDEND is deliver to whom. Hand over to wrong person due to negligence or careless of courier rider in which concern SHARE HOLDERS is suffering.

When ever any share holders complaining for non receipt of dividend warrant to his bank MANDATE or mailing address and said GENTLEMAN not capable to correspondence than guide how this type of share holders issue SECP or KSE how resolve.

When many claim received from any registrar against non receipt of dividend warrant simply fine and warn the registrar plus BLACK LIST the courier company THAT reason registrar and courier company will learn lesson and future does not repeat such mistake.

I also heard when a share holders not received dividend which is lost due to the negligence of registrar or courier not reach proper BANK MANDATE than registrar force share holder to pay for STAMP PAPER of Rs.200, this is too un-justice and torture with the share holders, instead of apology and regret with the share holders for delay in receiving dividend warrant boldly asking Rs. 200 in the name of stamp paper this practice SECP and KSE both dis-courage and do not allow any registrar to follow this practice.

Let see how SECP & KSE both higher authority re-act and what steps taken to ensure the proper dispatch of dividend warrant to the share holders mailing address or bank mandate ADDRESS which does not lost.

Thanking You

Yours faithfully

Most investors use a dividend reinvestment program. Retirees use a brokerage cash management fund that they can draw on if needed. Holding actual stocks does not happen much these days.
