He claims 23 million small-business owners would pay higher tax rates under Obama. He's wrong. The vast majority would see no change, and many would get a cut.

The article that started this thread wasn't in fact Obama policy proposals, it was an actual vote, twidledum. So proposals now mean more than one's actual voting record. He voted for a tax increase on individuals making over $32,000, that's his record. Spin, spit shit out of your ass, it won't change his voting history.
