NJ and CT are losing proportionally more people/day than NY

As the two states that have helped NY avoid collapse on numerous occasions this is something I was wondering about after the disastrous Chuck and Nancy rebuttal. I did a couple checks online and discovered that the denominator was declining so rapidly that "current" U-haul, Ryder and other transport ratios were all over the place in regards to these two states on magnitude but all agreeing on the general trendline.

MA is also part of the north east corridor daisy chain of probable default.

My Question is: is Trump keeping a close eye on this real estate trend and counting on a big hit to the Blue Wall in the not too distant future. Trump is also shutting down FEMA in CA
