My hero, Larry Dixon, won top fuel. He was flawless all day. John Force threw his race against daughter, Ashley, so she could win the Funny Car honors. I could see that coming a mile away. Nitro Fish won Pro Stocker in grand fashion. A young rookie won the bike trophy. Great day of racing if you like that NHRA stuff.

Couldn't catch the finals. Had to run over to the son's. Was it a V-rod or Buell in the bike finals?

L.E. Tonglet won bike. I think the US Nationals should go back to 32 car fields in the pro categories, at least in the nitro categories. An extra round of eliminations and double the points made the race special. Like Warren Johnson said; "Now it's just another race".

What great racing. I am glad they are making Phoenix a major race again. We get the bikes back!!!
