Newt or Romney?

Newt is 68 and fat. He's too old to be president, he couldn't take the daily grind. Remember, above all, Newt is a bullshit artist. IMHO Newt is giving it a fast and furious run to sell books and than after the primaries are over he will recognize that he lost and bow out gracefully before the convention

Recall that his staff left Newt because he was so undisciplined. He has a professor's ego.

It will be Mitt v Obama, and should be a good match-up between two guys at the tops of their game.

You look at this like it's some kind of sport or something, it's ridiculous.

How is looking at the qualities of the leader of the free world, ideally for 8-years, ridiculous? Newt is a fat, egotistical, 68-year old bullshit artist. He could not take the daily grind of being president. He couldn't even take the daily grind of running for office.

It will be Mitt v Obama, and should be a good match-up between two guys at the tops of their game.

A match-up?

It's not a WWE wrestling event.

From Newt's election to the Georgia senate in the 70's to his climb to Speaker, it's all been about his ego and his desire for notoriety. If he hadn't been a politician, he would surely have been an actor.

Forget that he's a draft dodger, an adulterer, a deadbeat dad, a member of congressman stripped of his office and involved in too many scandals to list. The one character trait that will be his undoing and hopefully not the country is his temper. He's shown throughout his career a quick trigger accompanied by outlandish statements. He is definitely not presidential material regardless of party or ideology.

That same staff went to go work for Rick Perry, and you see how well that worked out.

Wow for a guy who is trying to tell me he's not worried, you sound awfully worried.

He wasn't stripped of his office. He voluntarily stepped down after his party lost ground. Sorry, that's what you are expected to do as party leader. Gephardt, Hastert, Wright all did this.

As for his being a draft dodger, where's your DD214? Where's Obama's? Or Mitt's? I think it's kind of foolish to have a argument over who had the best excuse for avoiding military service after you rejected one of the last bona fide war heroes this country produced.
