Newsweek cover Hit the Road Barrack

Excellent article.
************************************
"It is a sign of just how completely Barack Obama has “lost his narrative” since getting elected that the best case he has yet made for reelection is that Mitt Romney should not be president. In his notorious “you didn’t build that” speech, Obama listed what he considers the greatest achievements of big government: the Internet, the GI Bill, the Golden Gate Bridge, the Hoover Dam, the Apollo moon landing, and even (bizarrely) the creation of the middle class. Sadly, he couldn’t mention anything comparable that his administration has achieved.

Now Obama is going head-to-head with his nemesis: a politician who believes more in content than in form, more in reform than in rhetoric. In the past days much has been written about Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan, Mitt Romney’s choice of running mate. I know, like, and admire Paul Ryan. For me, the point about him is simple. He is one of only a handful of politicians in Washington who is truly sincere about addressing this country’s fiscal crisis."
Niall Ferguson on Why Barack Obama Needs to Go - Newsweek and The Daily Beast

Nutters sure do love them some Newsweek!

Yes, Leftist Nutters do love it.

This article was by Niall Ferguson- he does not work at Newsweek- he simply wrote a guest piece. The editorial dept. of Newsweek are devout leftist nutbars. That's why the Newsweek "brand" sold for $1.00 a few years ago...it's as worthless as leftist politics.

Isn't this the hypocrisy of Newsweek though? They were a liberal rag to the point that they had to pull their print versions. Now they want to sell-out and appeal to the people again?

You can only tow the line bilndly for so long before it looks silly.

I would hardly call the guy responsible for the creation of Fox Broadcasting a "reliable comrade".

 Damn you are naive..... Have you ever once in your short life stopped and asked why these companies play both sides.......

Put the pipe down for a month.. See the world....

The Pub dupes just can't understand real journalism that presents both sides...brainwashed functional idiots. They're always doing it- think they're changing "sides". Idiocy.

Have you ever had a post with some actual information, or are you here only to post insults and name calling?

If you are not careful, his posts will give you screen burn. They are all the same. He is a lemming with no brain function.

To have brain function even a limited amount, one would have to have a brain Francis has mush between his ears.

Barry Charles Diller is the Chairman and Senior Executive of IAC/InterActiveCorp(Newsweek/Daily Beast) and the media executive responsible for the creation of Fox Broadcasting Company and USA Broadcasting.

Newsweek and Niall Ferguson are about as left as they get...

Perhaps that point went sailing over your head...

Niall Ferguson is a leftie?

That would be NEWS to him, I suspect.
