Kids are coming by during the day, one to drop his dog off. Two of them are hosting parties, the 3rd is going to one. I'm dog sitting. I'm going to finish off the good stuff from Christmas including the shrimp. I'll probably be in bed by 10.

I trade off babysitting every other year with family, it's my year to stay home and watch all of the kiddos. So I might just be right here.

LOL. I couldn't stand up, so called the wife on the cell phone. She came out and spread rock salt and helped me to my feet. I knew I was in for a lot of pain so I hobbled into the car, picked up a fifth of whiskey and drank myself to sleep that night. Slept like a baby but the next 6 weeks were hell.
