But a pair of researchers at the University of Pennsylvania beg to differ. They have just produced a new study showing that racism under POTUS Donald Trump has fallen, and in a statistically significant way.

The study also made the determination that "Donald Trump has used racist rhetoric to build political support." and "Trump has simultaneously galvanized a small number of highly prejudiced white Americans while also pushing millions more to affirm that they are not as prejudiced"
