New MOUSE, suggestions?

My six year old Logitech appears to be wearing out. I am afraid taking it apart to clean it would destroy it. Any suggestions from the computer savvy on a good mouse for a Vista Ultimate system?

Any mouse will work with Vista.

What mouse you use depends on the applications you most use. If you use Photoshop or other editing software, then you need a high resolution mouse. A Razer or the Microsoft and Logitech gaming mice. For just browsing the net, you might consider an ergonomic mouse; they can really cut down on carpal tunnel.

I use this at work, and it really helps to reduce wrist strain.
