I do not own any guns. I will never have anything to do with guns but I will not tell my neighbors they can't or shouldn't own a gun. Forget Germany's history or lack there of because the founding fathers understood how bad humans can be to each other which is why we have the constitution.
Oh well.Here we have another example of the failure of anti gunner gun laws failing. Background checks would not have stopped the shooter, he bought his gun legally. Gun registration would not have stopped the shooter, he bought his gun legally. Gun free school zones did not stop the shooter. Magazine limits would not have saved lives...he brought more than one....and could have simply brought even more or another guns.
Background checks......he passed one to buy his gun....and again, the god of the anti gunners, government, failed again....this guy had posted a comment about doing a mass shooting on an online gaming forum....and the FBI went to him and interviewed him......and gave him a pass. And no, universal background checks would not have stopped him, he bought his gun legally, which means he went through a current, federally mandated background check...which means he would have passed a universal background check for a private sale too.
The gun free school zone law....failed....since he simply walked into the school with his gun....
What saved lives? Training the staff how to react to shooters the ant gunner gun laws can't stop. What saved lives...? Cops with guns arriving, forcing the shooter to kill himself.
And on a side note....I am currently watching the Showtime documentary series "Active Shooter," and I am in the middle of the Washington D.C. shooter episode. D.C.....at the time a gun free zone.....the Naval yard...a gun free zone......the guy used a pump action shot gun.....which shows that the anti gunners will not stop at AR-15s and semi auto pistols and 10 round magazines.....he murdered 12 people with that pump action shotgun....
Granted.....the guy in Nice murdered 86 with a rental truck.......but a pump action shotgun at the right target is going to make it a goal of the anti gunners too....

Hey, I agree with the founding fathers and I am very pro-second amendment. Which is why when people use stupid arguments about people not followoing law and lies about Hitler to support a cause I agree with it bothers me. Your post reflect on all pro-second amendment people, even though we have a brain.
