Tony Stark is stepping down as Iron Man. She is replacing him. But this is comics. He'll be back.

its a legit reason and she is her own person......and lets face it,there are many hero's in the comics with super suits of one kind or another since Iron mans debut....actually i should say since Doctor Dooms debut....
