As you pointed out yourself, there was barely any variation among independents and Republicans and it's the independents that the Dems need in order to win. Uhhhhh......I have seen nothing of the sort concerning American's attitudes towards the healthcare law. What I have seen is a plethora of lawsuits challenging it's constitutionality and several articles on the true cost over the next 10 years.

The reason why I call the Democratic Party "the Democrat party" is because there's nothing democratic about them any more. The reason why those of you on the left call the Tea Party movement "tea bag movement" was to infer some sort of sick sexual reference to discredit them.....not the same thing....but to foster a rapport with you I will refer to the Democrats and their political as leftists. I don't hate it all. I'm not a Republican or a Democrat. I just don't like lies and the liars who tell them. The American people are not all that trustworthy of the GOP, but socialists have screwed the pooch big time. Since Americans will only vote for one party or the other, the socialists are going to be raked over the coals big time in November because of their detrimental spending and corrupt health care bill. That sentiment is unlikely to change especially once they start pushing Tax and Fraud and immigrant amnesty.

I would have to disagree with your opinion...here's why. The hardcore left who supported this bill are somewhat disallusioned by the fact that they didn't get single payer passed....but they will continue to blindly support it in the hopes that someday they will get their true free healthcare. More moderate Democrats and independents still support healthcare reform but they do NOT support this law and the way it was written and passed. They are beginning to see the truth behind this legislation and what the MSM didn't tell them....namely that they AREN'T GOING TO SEE A SINGLE BENEFIT UNTIL 2014 but PAY FOR IT FOR 4 YEARS WITHOUT GETTING ANYTHING and the Obama Administration cooked the books for the CBO cost estimates. All the Republicans have to do is run on those issues along with the corruption associated with the healthcare bill sweetheart deals and they just might be a little happier than you think. Another important issue will be the out of control Congressional spending supported by the WH. I say look for the Democrats to adopt a fiscally conservative message in the coming weeks....but it will be too little too late and exposed for the lie it is. The Progressives had their time and are being soundly rejected by Americans everywhere.
