"On Thursday, the French National Assembly passed a bill that makes it a crime to post information online that challenges abortion. Pro-life activists who continue to operate online face up to two years in prison and a fine of more than $30,000."
France Passes Crackdownon Pro-Life Websites

Poor France. Inflicting mortal wounds upon itself in so many ill-conceived ways. This great nation of so many blessed saints and historical defense of the Catholic Church, now lay exposed to demonic attacks. They never fully recovered from the anti-clerical secular French Revolution where God was rejected and man put himself upon the throne.

Our current world appears to be spiraling downward in so many ways at a rapid speed. "It's gonna be a bumpy ride." Trump will help some, but in no way totally avert our fate.

bill passed by French lawmakers will punish web operators who post material considered “deliberately misleading, intimidating and/or exerting psychological or moral pressure.”
You wouldn't want anyone spreading that kind of argument for your cause, anyway, would you?

Yes, I am not so ignorant not to know what they really intend. It is all about the very last reason only, i.e. "moral pressure." Got it? Pro-life organizations are not into pyschological scare tactics but they very well may speak of the morality of taking a life and the morality of a God above. And that is all that is needed for French authorities to rush in with their bayonets. So let us not pretend we are dealing with SS Nazi kinds of pro-life organizations, but just ones that deal with God and morals.
This is very much like the provision example "abortion is not legal except for the mother's health." That basically allows for almost any abortion and any doctor to use that excuse and get around laws.
