I saw this on my Twitter Feed and thought it was a great thing:

I’ve always liked his type of player. He reminds me quite a bit of a guy named Bill Bates who used to play for the Cowboys back in the 1980’s I guess. He went undrafted but ended up starting for the team, playing 15 years and winning championships.

1. I looked at the top picture and he looks black/and or not clear enough
2 .some positions are race related and it doesn't look like he's a lineman
