"Disney and Pixar titles will be removed from Netflix, with this new service serving as the home for all Disney movies going forward. The service's initial lineup will include Toy Story 4, Frozen 2 and the live-action adaptation of The Lion King.

Additionally, early next year, the company will launch its own ESPN streaming service that will feature video content from the MLB, NHL, MLS and more. Disney will also invest in exclusive TV shows and movies for its new streaming platform."

Disney to Launch Its Own Streaming Services and Pull Its Movies from Netflix - IGN

As a cord cutter this sounds interesting, but the only way this would be worth it is if it was no more than 10 dollars a month and if it had Disney's entire library minus the Vault Movies of course (wouldn't expect that).
