A Darwin award is presented to someone who dies doing something incredibly stupid. In this case a Florida man died shortly after winning a roach eating contest. Edward Archbold allegedly consumed dozens of live roaches as well as some worms in a pet shop sponsored contest to win a snake. Apparently none of the other contestants became sick.
