Finally, I admit I was wrong ever thinking the country needed a Missile Defense Shield costing BILLIONS, but Americans did not need socialized medicine costing TRILLIONS of dollars. Americans definitely need socialized medicine to take care of all of those people wounded by ICBMs.

Not just Bill Clinton. You left out Bush lite. Now, they are aware and looking for them to come for more. And you left out the Chinese as well. BTW, I can build a rocket to get something into orbit and I ain't no Rocket Scientist. That's the easy part. It takes a real Rocket Scientist to get it into the correct orbit and under control in order to launch a successful sat or nuclear ICBM reentry. Right now, no country with the Rocket Scientists are willing to help them out. Unless someone like Britain, France, Russia, China and Japan helps them they will never figure it out. The only way for them to get the information is to steal it and all the ICBM capable countries won't cooperate that way either.

Yes, I know, if you have a million monkeys typing on a million typewriters in a million years........ That is about the same percentage.

As I said, I can get something into orbit and do it cheaply. Almost any serious Rocket enthusiast can do it. But without the controls. That control costs billions and decades to accomplish with the right people.
