This is why I think in all nations there should be no great number more than four political parties, having all these parties results in not very stable Governments what is the point of having a political party that only has for eg. two seats? There should only be a Conservative Party, a Liberal Party, a Right-Wing Party and a Left-Wing Party and the Conservatives-Right-Wing together and the Liberals-Left-Wing together of course in the ideal society there would be NO Left-Wing Party they would be forced to go to the fringe, no problem with having a Liberal Party as Liberals are different than Leftists.

I'm not sure I agree. I like the idea that every special interest group gets the chance to have its interests represented in the government. Even if you only have four seats in a 66 seat majority, you are insurance to the government and will have some leverage. Parliamentary governments tend to be stable for the most part, and they have the advantage of being able to make sure the government and the legislature are able to work together.
