need some help

I know this is going to sound a little wierd but I need some help. My sister inlaw is going on a cruise and one of the ports is Mexico. I want to give her a gag gift certificate for a free tatto. I want to have it say something like Jose's Tatto and Bait , gringos welcome.
Can anyboby find me a picture of a fish with a tatto or maybe an earring? Any help or direction would be great.
