The Sun Heath Campbell arrived at a custody hearing for his kids last week in full Nazi uniform but was unpleasantly surprised by the judge's decision to refuse his visitation rights.

So, should he have custody of his kids?

What does his being a NAZI have to do with anything?

He's obviously NOT a good father, and fuck him. Get a job, don't have more kids than you can provide for, and I dont care if you proclaim to be Hitler himself.

NO ONE who has 9 kids with 5 different people is a good parent. FACT

Oh, and this guy is a piece of shit for being a NAZI , but in this great country of ours, it is perfectly legal to be a piece of shit. It isn't legal to neglect your children's welfare.

That shouldn't be determined solely on his political beliefs, no matter how bizarre.

There are scores of factors child protective services caseworkers take into account when considering removing a child from the home – including such issues as inadequate heating, no electricity in the home, or substandard sleeping conditions. For example, some jurisdictions required children under a certain age sleep in an off the floor bed, not just a mattress.

Consequently there many reasons why he does not have custody of his children having nothing to do with his political beliefs.

To deny him access to public assistance solely due to his political beliefs would be a violation of the 14th Amendment.
