Found a link showing worldwide military naval shipbuilding as of November 2009.
China, Russia and USA are not included in the list.
Only vessels with over 1.000 tons displacement are listed.

Current Naval Shipbuilding Worldwide

In case of Turkey the TF-2000 project is not even listed

As the above link only shows only construction over 1.000 tonnes displacement the new patrol boats are not listed.
Currently for litoral patrolling we use mainly the "Oliver Hazard Perry"-Class Frigates.
This will be our new patrol boats
DEARSAN Shipyard

We have 8 "Oliver Hazard Perry"-Frigates in service. These will be replaced by the new patrol boats. The 8 "Oliver Hazard Perry"-Firgates are modernized under the GENESIS programme.
Raytheon and HAVELSAN Partner for FFG 7 Fleet Modernization With GENESIS Program - Apr 28, 2009

The first GENESIS upgrade with the TCG-Giresun is currently involved in the Somalia mission.
So the modernized Frigates will involve in new duties out of litoral area.

The percentage of worldwide growth of the shipbuilding industry is 90%, Turkey's is 360%.
Since 2002 Turkey has achieved great progress in the shipbuilding industry and rose from 23th place to the 5th in the world.

There are over 50 shipyards working actively in our country. Together with the planned shipyards this will rise to 140 shipyards.
Turkey is the 4th in getting ship orders, 5th in the number of ships built and 6th in detroit tonnage in the world.

The government link also says, that current shipyards have orders to work at full capacity for 2 years. In next years there will come 90 additional shipyards online.
We are a growing and substantial force in shipbuilding. This will also have an impact on Military Shipbuilding as there will be competition for Military ships decreasing the costs.
