Impeachment proceedings have only to do with the Constitution. The way it's run has nothing to do with the unfortunate-for-Hillary BengHazi self-imposed political sanfu. I salute your loyalty to your party, though. It's just that I think your managers pulled the wool over your innocent eyes.

Impeachment proceedings have only to do with the House. There are no directions or rules set forth in the constitution. The House alone determines their process.

The investigation conducted by the intel committee was done to see if the evidence supported impeachment and was no different than any other investigation. They followed the same rules the Republicans did during Benghazi.

There was nothing improper in their actions.

The House didn't determine anything because they didn't vote on it. That's why Adolph Schiffler's subpoenas are all worthless.

Crazed House Managers, even though the Constitution clearly gives SOLE power over the Impeachment Trial to the Senate, claim:


‘Trump Not Exonerated’ – House Impeachment Managers Assert Trump Has Not Been Acquitted Because, “It Was Not a Fair Trial”

All seven House impeachment managers sat down with CNN’s Anderson Cooper Friday evening to whine about Trump’s acquittal.

The House rushed impeachment and brought a weak case with no crimes named in either article of impeachment.

The Senate didn’t even come close to convicting Trump so now the same House Dems who denied Trump due process and blocked GOP witnesses are claiming the Senate trial wasn’t fair.

The Senate voted to acquit Trump on both articles on Wednesday.

Chief Justice Roberts then made it official and declared:

“The Senate having tried Donald John Trump, president of the United States against two articles of impeachment exhibited against him by the House of Representatives, and two-thirds of the senators present not having found him guilty, it is therefore ordered and judged that he be and is hereby acquitted of the charges in said articles.”​

President Trump is acquitted forever no matter what the House Democrats whine.
