Apparently Earl Albert Moore, 65, has been identified as the perp who left a pipe bomb at a mall in Colorado. You can bet your ass-ets that the entire "justice" dept is involved in the manhunt to track down this guy. Good enough, but think about this, Bill Ayers admitted his involvement in a decade long series of bombings during the 60 and 70's including the Pentagon and NY Police Hq. One of the bombs he helped build blew up prematurely and killed his girlfriend and a couple of the bomb makers.. He never stood trial so their is no double jeopardy issue and there is no statute of limitations on felony murder. Even if the FBI's surveillance was found to be illegal (by a liberal federal judge) there is still sufficient evidence to try him for felony murder. Why waste time chasing down a nut case who made a pipe bomb when a unrepentent serial bomber and killer walks among us and apparently advises the president?

"apparently advises the president"

That's a good one.

Anyway, if you really want to know why Ayers wasn't charged, why don't you look it up?

The association with Bill Ayers would prevent Obama from passing a background screening in applying to be a local, state or federal cop. Obama wouldn't qualify to be an agent in his own protection detail. Pathetic.

Seriously? Google ANY police dept application. EVERY law enforcement officer in America, from the FBI all the way down to the Wasilla, AK police dept, requires a standard backgroud screening.

Any "membership" or "association with persons involved in..." any "terrorist activity" the "Communist Party" or "any group whose stated goal includes the overthrow of the United States government" is automatically disqualified. Also, use of any illegal drugs other than marijuana will exclude one also.

Ayers was a terrorist, and the WU's goal was to overthrow the US government.
Van Jones is an admitted communist.
Obama admitted to cocaine use in college.

Any of the 3 would disqualify him.

The 3 combined would absolutely disqualify him...to the point that he couldn't even have been an Alaska State Trooper under Governor Palin!!!

What about the rumor that Earl Albert Moore wrote Obama's second book???

Back in the early eighties, in an interview with David Horowitz and Peter Collier,
Bill Ayers remembered his reaction upon learning that he would not be prosecuted by the government for his bombing spree as a member of the Weather Underground.
“Guilty as hell, free as a bird—America is a great country,” he exulted.

How ironic.....the domestic terrorist and Obama friend Bill Ayers, who tried to overthrow the government....is now a college professor at public universities making a living off the same government he tried to blow up.
