Who from the left, or climate science stepped up and said that the signs were nothing more than alarmist BS? What's that ? No one from the left or the climate science community said that the signs shouldn't be put up because they were nothing but base alarmism?

There is a well known legal precedent..."silence implies consent"....clearly both the left, and the climate science community were perfectly fine with the signs....I suppose they figured if the glaciers actually melted, they would have claimed that they predicted it...and if they didn't, they would blame the signs on some misguided bureaucrat...
