So basically you are telling us that Notre Dame hasn't had a major win in 18 years while Ohio State has won two National Championships since then

ND is a once proud football tradition. Sadly, they have fallen on bad times and are no longer a top flight football power. Losing to Navy will do that to you

Freaking phantom holding call on ND TD in the 2nd half of the 1964 USC game.

Would have salted the game away.

Led 17-0 at half. USC gets a late TD pass from Craig Fertig to Rod Sherman on 4th down. Ara P goes ballistic. Was a photo-op in Life Mag.

Were 9-0 undisputed #1 - after being 2-8 in 1963. First year of 2 platoon football.

Alabama backs into the NC. But John Huarte gets the Heisman.

Never much cared about ND before that .

Got my Irish up.

Been to the campus twice.

Nice place - if you can get past downtown South Bend.

The baskeball team is whooping azz - still gets no respect.

Were up 27-zip on the Canes in the sun Bowl -could have been a 50 -3 rout.

And ND hoops shouldn't get any respect.

Lost to freaking Old Dominion in the first round last seasn.

seem to be better without Harongody - go figure.

Should have won the title in 77/78 when they clearly had the best team.

Lost to freaking BYU in 1980 when the y dominated the game (should have won by 20) and let Danny Ainge drive the length of the court.

Am tired of them being streak-busters.

UCLA twice - and Univ of San Francisco.

I was embarrassed that ND broke their bowl losing streak against Hawaii.

Had a good bowl record under Ara P, Dan Devine , Lou Holtz
