I have heard stories of drivers taking lasix before races and loading up on Imodium AD to "plug themselves up." If you ever go to a race, you will see drivers lined up at the porta potties in the infield. I'm sure that a driver has pissed himself at some point, but you will never find one that would admit it. With purses reaching upwards of 100,000 a race, I would probably just let it go and not tell anybody.
