I guess next they will claim that aliens killed off the dinosaurs for driving the atmospheric CO2 levels to levels that far exceed those of the present.

Brainstorming at NASA now involves senarios of aliens destroying us for our CO2 output? Are they bringing their 4th and 5th grade children in now for advice? When NASA puts this sort of prattle on the table as even a "possible" senario, you must know that desperation has well and truely set in.
