Of course she wants this. Gotta "capture" them before they leave school, get a job, and realize how oppressive the left is when they rule.

She doesn't want them gaining any real life experience and wants their votes while they are still being influenced by liberal teachers.

They also want all those illegal votes.

The fact that they are trying to go with popular votes, allow illegals to votes, and lowering the age tells you that they know they can't win otherwise. If they thought for a second that these ideas would not benefit them, they wouldn't bother.

Dems are so hungry for power that they drool at the thought of it. If they get power, they are set to strip of us our rights and turn this country into a socialist hellhole. They worship the U.N., who is saying they want to make rules for the entire world and they are saying that countries need to be prepared to relinquish their sovereignty and constitutions.

Right now, the left is searching for ways to get and permanently keep power. And the useful idiots are lined up to support them. By the time they realize what a horrible choice this is, it will be too late.

I was unaware there was a need to do this. There time would be better spent fighting the right's vote suppression agenda, and against partisan gerrymandering.

There is no voter suppression. Gerrymandering is a game played by both sides.

Illegals and 16 YOs, on the other hand, greatly interest the Democrats.

Gerrymandering should be fixed anyway. Do you disagree?

There is vote suppression. The supreme court has stated that voter id amounts to a vehicle that unjustly restricts turnout. A number of conservatives agree that not everyone should vote and it should be restricted, so they acknowledge and approve of this unjust restriction. Also, simple fraud is suppression. Go take a look at that GOPer elected who was outed by his son for rigging the ballot handling or whatever it was.

If you are old enough to drive a car - and you are in most states - you are old enough to vote.

It seems pretty silly to allow a 16 year old to legally drive a two ton vehicle at roughly 1/10'th the speed of sound on public roads...yet we don't allow them to vote?

And forget the notion they are too ignorant. With the internet - I bet you the average 16 year old knows 10 times more about the world then most people here over 50 did at 18.
