They are the new GOP leaders

so the tea partiers rejected Bohner's plan? I am really confused now? I don't understand what is going on here, can any of you explain it?

The republican party is a big tent. What happened to Sen. Joe Lieberman who was the democrat party Vice President candidate when he broke from the conventional democrat party line and supported the War on Terrorism (which was subsequenty acknowleged to be the correct viewpoint)? The democrat leadership kicked him out of the party.

I could but I doubt you would listen...

It goes something like "Months ago Rand Paul and other TP guys put up a budget that fixed the deficit in 5 years, leaving us a surplus. His budget did not touch MC or SS... It was rejected in the Senate."

Real deficit Fix = failed
Bill that adds to the deficit = pass

Shocking.......

Yeah... That whole "Campaigning with the Republican Presidential candidate" really chapped some asses over at the DNC. Apparently they kinda frown upon that.

The Tea Party will end up a Party soon... The Reps are on the same path the Dems are on.
If they "lighten up on social issues" they will be the complete package.
That's what we need.. Just my opinion.
Keep in mind the Tea Party is not any politician or person. Its a movement that will keep America on the right track economically. In other words its not Sarah Palin or Michelle Bachmann..
Its the everyday working people behind it.

Blues

The thin RED line of the GOP is fractured, that's what's going on.

The TP republicans are vieing for more control of their Party.

Right now they have enough votes that their support for the GOP plan is needed.

They know that and they're using that leverage to their advantage.
