According to Dr. Juanita Wallace, president of the Dallas chapter of the NAACP, the Texas Lottery Commission should be shut down. Why? Because according to the good Dr., “Our people are spending their little money, their life savings away in hopes of winning.” So the chapter voted recently to urge state officials to do away with the lottery.

Now isn't that just typical lefty nanny state thinking? Since some of the people they represent are completely irresponsible and spend more money than they can reasonably afford to lose on long shot lottery tickets, their only solution is to end the lottery for everyone else in the entire state.

Well then using such logic I've come up with the solution to solving the high out of wedlock birth rate in the black community. All we gotta do is outlaw baby making for everyone in the country and their problem is solved. Simple, huh?

If the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People feels that colored people are too funkin' stupid to manage their money wisely enough, STOP GIVING THEM MONEY TO WASTE.
