Quick question Blind Whore, do YOU know what a bio weapon is? I do. Spent 20 years in the Navy, and was on the CBR decontamination teams (CBR - Chemical, Biological and Radiation warfare).

If this actually WAS a bio weapon, there would be fatalities, and it wouldn't be spread across the country, it would be concentrated in one area.

And, if you actually do take the time to build a bio weapon, it's gonna be something that kills people, not just gives them an irritating cough.

Look kid, let me break it down for you.

A new and little known virus is giving folks a bad cough that can last up to 6 weeks.

You were doing great with this part, a legitimate news item in a proper forum, definitely something worth discussing.

Now where you went off the edge was suggesting it was a "depopulation bioweapon". That part is at best pure conjecture and more likely just plain fantasy Mr. Jones added to keep you returning to his site.

Next time try this little test.

If it sounds like the plot of a bad sci-fi movie then check some sites that didn't just get successfully sued for pushing rabid conspiracy theories. If it's not there, its probably not true.

Not evidence, and certainly not scientific evidence. We use science precisely to separate that sort of useless, anecdotal nonsense from truth.

Science clearly has no clue about certain things until suddenly it does. My grandmother was full of cures that were old "wives tales" as called by science which later suddenly became scientific findings. Before there was "scientific evidence" people used cures that worked all the time. Now if there is some scientific evidence something doesnt work then I would love to read a link on it.
