This is what I am getting. I removed it and reinstalled it a few times. The printer has worked perfectly for a while.

Does anyone know what I am suppose to do? I Googled it and the instructions are confusing to me.

I have windows 10. What does driver unavailable mean? How do I fix the problem? Anyone know?

In my experience, Windows 10 and printers are pretty much like how Windows XP was at the beginning.
At the office we have a less than one year old printer/scanner (HP) and two Win10 boxes consistently drop off. Something in the software, the PCs both 100% see the printer, in fact I can print..but will lose scanning ability, or vice-versa.
Trying to scan from the printer is a hopeless cause. The printer constantly thinks HP software is not installed, but of course it is. So you have to use the cumbersome HP software (the one it doesn't think is installed) and scan from it.
